En una \u00e9poca de r\u00e1pida transformaci\u00f3n social, la demanda de comunidades m\u00e1s inclusivas y resilientes nunca ha sido tan fuerte. En toda Europa, las mujeres migrantes siguen siendo uno de los grupos m\u00e1s infrarrepresentados, pero tambi\u00e9n m\u00e1s prometedores, en el mercado laboral. EmpowerHer se propone cambiar esta situaci\u00f3n, no solo mediante el desarrollo de habilidades espec\u00edficas, sino tambi\u00e9n creando un cambio estructural en la forma en que las sociedades y los mercados laborales abordan la integraci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n
Un reto com\u00fan a nivel europeo<\/h2>\n\n
La integraci\u00f3n de las mujeres migrantes no es una cuesti\u00f3n nacional, sino una responsabilidad compartida por toda Europa. Si bien los datos espec\u00edficos de cada pa\u00eds \u2014como los 22,3 millones de residentes con antecedentes migratorios en Alemania\u2014 proporcionan un contexto, los retos subyacentes son comunes a todos los pa\u00edses: las mujeres cualificadas suelen quedar excluidas de empleos significativos debido a barreras sist\u00e9micas. <\/p>\n\n
Las barreras ling\u00fc\u00edsticas, los sistemas sociales desconocidos y la falta de apoyo espec\u00edfico llevan a muchas mujeres migrantes a desempe\u00f1ar trabajos precarios, a tiempo parcial o por debajo de su cualificaci\u00f3n. Al mismo tiempo, los mercados laborales europeos se enfrentan a una grave escasez de mano de obra cualificada: solo en Alemania hay m\u00e1s de medio mill\u00f3n de puestos vacantes. La desconexi\u00f3n es evidente: mientras que las mujeres cualificadas est\u00e1n siempre dispuestas a contribuir, las estructuras que apoyan su inclusi\u00f3n siguen estando fragmentadas. <\/p>\n\n
Hacia un cambio sist\u00e9mico<\/h2>\n\n
Para abordar esta cuesti\u00f3n, EmpowerHer re\u00fane a seis organizaciones de cinco pa\u00edses europeos \u2014Alemania, Portugal, Francia, Chipre y Espa\u00f1a\u2014 en el equipo del proyecto. El objetivo es cerrar esta brecha desde m\u00faltiples \u00e1ngulos: mediante el desarrollo de habilidades, la ense\u00f1anza inclusiva, la divulgaci\u00f3n entre los empleadores y la sensibilizaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. <\/p>\n\n
En lugar de esperar que las mujeres migrantes simplemente \u00abse pongan al d\u00eda\u00bb, el proyecto promover\u00e1 un modelo de adaptaci\u00f3n mutua: desarrollar las capacidades de los educadores de adultos y los lugares de trabajo, al tiempo que se apoya a las mujeres para que aumenten sus habilidades y su confianza. El objetivo no es solo preparar a las mujeres para el mercado laboral, sino tambi\u00e9n garantizar que el mercado laboral est\u00e9 preparado para acogerlas. <\/p>\n\n
Un equipo que refleja la diversidad<\/h2>\n\n
EmpowerHer no es solo un proyecto de impacto europeo, sino que est\u00e1 compuesto por un equipo que vive y respira la experiencia intercultural. Muchos de los profesionales que participan en \u00e9l han vivido, trabajado o estudiado en pa\u00edses distintos al suyo. Esta perspectiva internacional compartida influye en el enfoque del proyecto y fomenta un profundo compromiso con la empat\u00eda, la apertura cultural y la colaboraci\u00f3n transfronteriza. <\/p>\n\n
Trabajar en equipos multiling\u00fces e interculturales es m\u00e1s que una realidad pr\u00e1ctica, es una fortaleza. Esto permite al proyecto desarrollar soluciones basadas en la sensibilidad cultural y adaptadas a diversas realidades. Esta diversidad interna refleja los valores que defiende EmpowerHer: respeto mutuo, adaptabilidad y crecimiento inclusivo. <\/p>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n
Tres pilares de acci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n
1. Desarrollo de habilidades mediante un aprendizaje personalizado.<\/h3>\n\n
Cada mujer aporta un conjunto \u00fanico de experiencias, objetivos y fortalezas. EmpowerHer crear\u00e1 oportunidades de aprendizaje flexibles, accesibles y empoderadoras, tanto para las mujeres migrantes como para quienes las apoyan. <\/p>\n\n
Un elemento central ser\u00e1 un programa de formaci\u00f3n de seis m\u00f3dulos para educadores de adultos, dise\u00f1ado para reforzar su capacidad de ense\u00f1ar habilidades sociales de manera eficaz. La formaci\u00f3n incorporar\u00e1 m\u00e9todos centrados en las personas y orientados a la pr\u00e1ctica, adaptados a las necesidades de los alumnos migrantes. Educadores de los cinco pa\u00edses socios participar\u00e1n en un evento de formaci\u00f3n transnacional para poner a prueba el programa, y sus comentarios dar\u00e1n forma a la versi\u00f3n final del curso. <\/p>\n\n
Las propias mujeres migrantes se beneficiar\u00e1n de dos herramientas clave: una versi\u00f3n revisada del ProfilPASS para ayudarles a identificar y articular su potencial (oculto), y una aplicaci\u00f3n web gamificada para apoyar el desarrollo de habilidades sociales de una manera interactiva y sin barreras. Estas herramientas empoderar\u00e1n a las mujeres para que se hagan responsables de su desarrollo personal y profesional. <\/p>\n\n
2. Fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n entre sectores<\/h3>\n\n
La verdadera inclusi\u00f3n requiere cooperaci\u00f3n. Por eso EmpowerHer fomentar\u00e1 el di\u00e1logo entre las mujeres migrantes y las principales partes interesadas del mercado laboral. <\/p>\n\n
Un completo conjunto de herramientas de incorporaci\u00f3n ofrecer\u00e1 recursos y directrices a los empleadores para apoyar la contrataci\u00f3n inclusiva y la integraci\u00f3n en el lugar de trabajo. Para profundizar en este intercambio, el proyecto organizar\u00e1 20 eventos informativos en toda Europa, creando espacios en los que las mujeres migrantes puedan conocer a posibles empleadores, informarse sobre oportunidades de empleo y explorar trayectorias profesionales en persona. <\/p>\n\n
3. Promover la inclusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del empleo<\/h3>\n\n
La integraci\u00f3n va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del empleo. Tambi\u00e9n se trata de visibilidad, reconocimiento y pertenencia. <\/p>\n\n
Una campa\u00f1a internacional de sensibilizaci\u00f3n dar\u00e1 a las mujeres migrantes la oportunidad de compartir sus historias, no solo sus \u00e9xitos, sino tambi\u00e9n sus dificultades cotidianas, sus obst\u00e1culos y sus esperanzas para el futuro. Estas perspectivas se plasmar\u00e1n en retratos en v\u00eddeo y otros formatos multimedia en todos los pa\u00edses socios, destacando la diversidad y la humanidad que hay detr\u00e1s de las estad\u00edsticas. <\/p>\n\n
La campa\u00f1a desafiar\u00e1 los estereotipos y cambiar\u00e1 la narrativa p\u00fablica mostrando a las mujeres migrantes como agentes de cambio, no solo como beneficiarias de ayudas.<\/p>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n
Enfocadas en la sostenibilidad<\/h2>\n\n
Lo que distingue a EmpowerHer es su compromiso con el impacto a largo plazo. El proyecto no ofrecer\u00e1 soluciones \u00fanicas para todos, sino que crear\u00e1 un ecosistema de apoyo basado en las necesidades reales, la colaboraci\u00f3n y la inclusi\u00f3n. Mediante la combinaci\u00f3n de aprendizaje personalizado, pr\u00e1cticas de empleo inclusivas y cooperaci\u00f3n intersectorial, EmpowerHer pretende contribuir a una Europa m\u00e1s cohesionada y diversa. <\/p>\n\n
