{"id":1084,"date":"2025-06-12T09:34:51","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T09:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/empowermigrantwomen.eu\/empowerher-en-chipre-capacitacion-de-formadores-para-fomentar-la-empleabilidad-de-las-mujeres-migrantes"},"modified":"2025-10-27T11:20:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T11:20:32","slug":"empowerher-en-chipre-capacitacion-de-formadores-para-fomentar-la-empleabilidad-de-las-mujeres-migrantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/empowermigrantwomen.eu\/es\/empowerher-en-chipre-capacitacion-de-formadores-para-fomentar-la-empleabilidad-de-las-mujeres-migrantes","title":{"rendered":"EmpowerHer en Chipre: capacitaci\u00f3n de formadores para fomentar la empleabilidad de las mujeres migrantes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Del 24 al 26 de junio de 2025, 14 educadores de adultos y socios del proyecto procedentes de Francia, Alemania, Portugal y Espa\u00f1a se reunir\u00e1n en Nicosia, Chipre, para participar en una formaci\u00f3n de tres d\u00edas de duraci\u00f3n en el marco del proyecto EmpowerHer, una iniciativa europea comprometida con el avance de la inclusi\u00f3n social y profesional de las mujeres migrantes en toda Europa.<\/p>\n\n<p>Organizada por ComCy, socio chipriota del proyecto, en Eurosuccess Consulting, la formaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo reforzar la capacidad de los educadores de adultos mediante herramientas pr\u00e1cticas, metodolog\u00edas inclusivas y enfoques innovadores adaptados para acompa\u00f1ar las diversas experiencias de las mujeres migrantes.<\/p>\n\n<p>A lo largo de la formaci\u00f3n, las participantes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participar\u00e1n en el <strong>programa de formaci\u00f3n EmpowerHer<\/strong>, desarrollado para mejorar las competencias de las mujeres que se enfrentan a retos de integraci\u00f3n en el mercado laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explorar\u00e1n <strong>ProfilPASS<\/strong>, una herramienta de autorreflexi\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de habilidades que apoya el desarrollo personal y profesional, dise\u00f1ada espec\u00edficamente para las trayectorias de las mujeres migrantes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descubrir\u00e1n la <strong>aplicaci\u00f3n web EmpowerHer<\/strong>, una plataforma digital interactiva que ofrece itinerarios de aprendizaje individualizados, gamificados y f\u00e1ciles de usar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colaborar\u00e1n mediante el intercambio de experiencias, la co-creaci\u00f3n de planes de acci\u00f3n locales y el dise\u00f1o de estrategias transnacionales para lograr un impacto sobre el terreno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Uno de los momentos clave del evento ser\u00e1 una visita a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tochkaceramics.com\/\">Tochka Ceramics<\/a>, el estudio creativo de Tatiana Vasilieva. Originaria de Rusia, Tatiana transform\u00f3 su pasi\u00f3n art\u00edstica en un pr\u00f3spero negocio tras trasladarse a Chipre.
