La jornada reuni\u00f3 a empresas, profesionales de recursos humanos, mujeres migrantes, representantes de la comunidad y personas comprometidas con la inclusi\u00f3n para abordar la diversidad en el entorno laboral y el acceso al empleo en Chipre.<\/p><p>EmpowerHer tuvo un papel destacado en el programa. Durante el evento se present\u00f3 el EmpowerHer Onboarding Toolbox, una colecci\u00f3n gratuita de actividades pr\u00e1cticas dise\u00f1ada para ayudar a empresas y equipos de recursos humanos a facilitar la incorporaci\u00f3n de mujeres migrantes. Sus recursos abarcan todo el proceso, desde la contrataci\u00f3n y la acogida hasta la mentor\u00eda, el seguimiento y las actividades para fomentar equipos m\u00e1s inclusivos.<\/p><p>Los asistentes tambi\u00e9n pudieron conocer el programa de formaci\u00f3n y la aplicaci\u00f3n web de EmpowerHer, dos recursos dirigidos a mujeres migrantes que quieren incorporarse o reincorporarse al mercado laboral. A trav\u00e9s de un aprendizaje flexible y pr\u00e1ctico, pueden desarrollar competencias relacionadas con la comunicaci\u00f3n, la sensibilidad cultural, el trabajo en equipo, la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas y las habilidades digitales, adem\u00e1s de prepararse para la b\u00fasqueda de empleo y aprender a presentar mejor su perfil profesional. El objetivo es ayudarlas a ganar confianza y mejorar sus oportunidades laborales.<\/p><p>La mesa redonda \u201cBridging Inclusion and Employment: From Dialogue to Action\u201d estuvo moderada por Irini Iacovidou, responsable del Departamento de Proyectos de Eurosuccess Consulting, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Anna Prodromou (experta y formadora en diversidad, equidad e inclusi\u00f3n y presidenta de WICZ+ Foundation), Valerie Badilla (fundadora y COO de Artemis Intelligence y directora de la European Network of Filipino Diaspora) y Constantina Elena Pirillou (especialista en servicios de migraci\u00f3n e inmigraci\u00f3n en Chipre). Durante el debate se abordaron algunas de las barreras que dificultan el acceso al empleo, como la falta de informaci\u00f3n, los procedimientos legales para trabajar, el idioma, la cultura de las organizaciones o el acceso a redes profesionales. Tambi\u00e9n se habl\u00f3 de c\u00f3mo las empresas pueden pasar de las buenas intenciones a medidas concretas. Una de las principales conclusiones fue que avanzar hacia una verdadera inclusi\u00f3n requiere una responsabilidad compartida, as\u00ed como sensibilizaci\u00f3n, liderazgo y un compromiso constante.<\/p><p>El encuentro informal que tuvo lugar a continuaci\u00f3n sirvi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n como Job Discovery Opportunity del proyecto y dio lugar a tres contactos con posibles oportunidades laborales. Varias mujeres participantes en la formaci\u00f3n de EmpowerHer pudieron hablar directamente con Artemis Intelligence, una empresa de inteligencia artificial con sede en Nicosia; con un agente de empleo que trabaja con mujeres migrantes; y con representantes del departamento de recursos humanos de Alphamega.<br \/>A partir de estos encuentros, Artemis Intelligence ofreci\u00f3 unas pr\u00e1cticas a una de las participantes; el agente de empleo comparti\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica sobre las oportunidades en el sector log\u00edstico; y Alphamega intercambi\u00f3 datos de contacto con un grupo de mujeres, abriendo una v\u00eda directa para conocer futuras vacantes.<\/p><p>Este es precisamente uno de los objetivos de EmpowerHer: convertir las competencias y la confianza adquiridas en oportunidades reales de acceso al empleo. Gracias a todas las personas participantes, ponentes, empresas y entidades que hicieron posible el encuentro.
