No mercado de trabalho atual, em constante evolu\u00e7\u00e3o, muitas mulheres migrantes enfrentam desafios significativos no acesso a oportunidades que correspondam ao seu potencial. Desde as barreiras lingu\u00edsticas \u00e0 navega\u00e7\u00e3o em sistemas desconhecidos, estes obst\u00e1culos interferem frequentemente com a sua integra\u00e7\u00e3o e progress\u00e3o na carreira. Al\u00e9m disso, a Europa est\u00e1 a enfrentar uma crescente escassez de compet\u00eancias em v\u00e1rios sectores, o que real\u00e7a a necessidade de atrair talentos diversificados. <\/p>

A iniciativa EmpowerHer <\/strong>tem por objetivo dotar as mulheres migrantes das compet\u00eancias e do apoio de que necessitam para ultrapassar os desafios espec\u00edficos que enfrentam para encontrar um emprego significativo. Atrav\u00e9s de programas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edficos, ferramentas digitais inovadoras e parcerias com as partes interessadas, estamos a derrubar barreiras e a criar oportunidades para uma inclus\u00e3o social e econ\u00f3mica duradoura. <\/p>
