{"id":1086,"date":"2025-06-12T09:34:51","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T09:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/empowermigrantwomen.eu\/empowerher-no-chipre-formacao-de-educadores-para-incentivar-a-empregabilidade-das-mulheres-migrantes"},"modified":"2025-10-27T11:22:13","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T11:22:13","slug":"empowerher-no-chipre-formacao-de-educadores-para-incentivar-a-empregabilidade-das-mulheres-migrantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/empowermigrantwomen.eu\/pt-pt\/empowerher-no-chipre-formacao-de-educadores-para-incentivar-a-empregabilidade-das-mulheres-migrantes","title":{"rendered":"EmpowerHer no Chipre: Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Educadores para Incentivar a Empregabilidade das Mulheres Migrantes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De 24 a 26 de junho de 2025, 14 educadores de adultos e parceiros de projeto de Fran\u00e7a, Alemanha, Portugal e Espanha ir\u00e3o reunir-se em Nic\u00f3sia, Chipre, para uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas dias no \u00e2mbito do projeto EmpowerHer &#8211; uma iniciativa europeia empenhada em promover a inclus\u00e3o social e profissional das mulheres migrantes em toda a Europa.<\/p>\n\n<p>Organizada pela ComCy, parceiro cipriota do projeto, na Eurosuccess Consulting, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o visa refor\u00e7ar a capacidade dos educadores de adultos atrav\u00e9s de ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas, metodologias inclusivas e abordagens inovadoras adaptadas para acompanhar as diversas experi\u00eancias das mulheres migrantes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ao longo da forma\u00e7\u00e3o, os participantes ir\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Envolver-se no <strong>Programa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o EmpowerHer<\/strong>, desenvolvido para melhorar as compet\u00eancias das mulheres que enfrentam desafios de integra\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explorar o <strong>ProfilPASS<\/strong>, uma ferramenta de autorreflex\u00e3o e de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias que apoia o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, especificamente concebida para percursos de mulheres migrantes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descobrir a <strong>aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Web EmpowerHer<\/strong>, uma plataforma digital interactiva que oferece percursos de aprendizagem individualizados, gamificados e de f\u00e1cil utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colaborar atrav\u00e9s da partilha de experi\u00eancias, da co-cria\u00e7\u00e3o de planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o locais e da conce\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias transnacionais para um impacto no terreno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Um dos principais momentos do evento ser\u00e1 uma visita de campo a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tochkaceramics.com\/\">Tochka Ceramics<\/a>, o est\u00fadio criativo de Tatiana Vasilieva. Origin\u00e1ria da R\u00fassia, Tatiana transformou a sua paix\u00e3o art\u00edstica num neg\u00f3cio pr\u00f3spero depois de se ter mudado para Chipre. O seu percurso \u00e9 um exemplo de como a criatividade, a determina\u00e7\u00e3o e os sistemas de apoio corretos podem contribuir para o empoderamento das mulheres migrantes e para a sua contribui\u00e7\u00e3o significativa para as comunidades locais.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Esta forma\u00e7\u00e3o vai para al\u00e9m do desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias &#8211; trata-se de promover uma comunidade de educadores que impulsionam ativamente a mudan\u00e7a inclusiva.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mantenha-se ligado \u00e0 medida que o EmpowerHer continua a evoluir e a expandir-se por toda a Europa, abrindo portas e construindo pontes para que as mulheres migrantes realizem todo o seu potencial.
