The EmpowerHer Training Programme is a capacity-building course designed to support migrant women in their professional integration and personal development. Structured around interactive modules on communication, intercultural sensitivity, teamwork, problem-solving, digital skills, and job searching, it helps participants develop key competencies needed to thrive in diverse and multicultural work environments.
Based on a practical and participatory approach, the programme combines theoretical input with hands-on activities, role plays, group discussions, and real-life scenarios, ensuring a concrete learning experience that responds to the challenges of today’s labour market.
