An inclusive future begins with empowered migrant women

Turning challenges into tangible change

In today’s evolving labour market, many migrant women face significant challenges in accessing opportunities that match their potential. From language barriers to navigating unfamiliar systems, these barriers often interfere with their integration and career advancement. Plus, Europe is facing a growing skills shortage in a number of industries, highlighting the need to attract diverse talent.

EmpowerHer aims to equip migrant women with the skills and support they need to overcome the specific challenges they face in finding meaningful employment. Through targeted training programmes, innovative digital tools, and stakeholder partnership, we’re breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for lasting social and economic inclusion.

Our mission is to implement support pathways that benefit women, organisations, and society as a whole.

EmpowerHer objectives

Improving migrant women’s skills through tailored training for long-term employability.

Equipping adult educators with innovative tools to support migrant women development.

Building sustainable collaborations between migrant women, businesses and key stakeholders.

Promoting inclusion by challenging stereotypes and showcasing the contributions of migrant women.
