The EmpowerHer WebApp is a welcoming online space where migrant women can build useful skills for everyday life, learning, and work, step by step and at their own pace.
Through short, practical, and easy-to-follow activities, the WebApp helps users grow in confidence, explore their strengths, and keep learning little by little. Whether you want to improve how you communicate, solve problems, work with others, or feel more confident using digital tools, the WebApp offers a simple and flexible way to practise.
Users can explore five key competence areas:

- Digital skills
To make learning feel more personal and manageable, each competence area begins with a short pre-assessment that helps users start at the level that suits them best. From there, they can move forward gradually, one step at a time.
The WebApp is designed to fit into real life. Users can choose the competences that matter most to them, repeat activities whenever they want, and make progress in small, achievable steps. It can be used independently for self-learning, or as a supportive tool alongside trainers, educators, and counsellors.
The WebApp is free of charge, open access, and ad-free.
It is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Greek.
